Today we went to the Operahuset, the Oslo Opera House. This building is located in the Bjorvika neighborhood, right on the Oslo fjord. The exterior of the building is made of Italian marble and white granite and was designed by Snohetta, Norway's most celebrated architects. The construction of the building started in 2003 and was finished in 2007, so it is a relatively new building in Oslo.
