Old Farm.

The other day we drove to the middle of nowhere on top of a mountain to visit an old farm. We were told that a man convicted of murder came to this spot and founded this self sustained farm.

We were greeted by Norwegian waffles, which have become a big part of my diet. Traditionally waffles are eaten with creme fraiche and jam.

I thought my grandma's waffle iron is old but that was before I saw this one.

View from the farm house.

 The old barn.

Machine that separates the cream and milk from the raw milk.

This used to be used to grind the wheat, but was impossible to turn until you got the momentum going.

Tool barn.

Buckshot tin.
