This is one of the dishes you can find almost anywhere you go in Norway, the shrimp sandwich. It has one piece of toast on the bottom, then a heavy layer of mayonnaise topped with lots of little shrimp and often lettuce. On the side of this plate was passion fruit and litchi nut.
